Here is the automation proposal that I designed for the course on Manufacturing Process Automation

This is the automation proposal that we designed with a team of 4 mechatronic engineers for the automation of the assembly line of the wheel company COFRE in Bogotá.

The design is intended to apply all forms of virtual commissioning for factory implementation.

This design was presented as the best among the other automation designs of the Manufacturing Process Automation course at the National University of Colombia in 2020.

I am satisfied with the work done, where we applied Rockwell PLC logic in GRAFCET, device communication through Ignition OPC Service, virtual commissioning in Siemenes NX and in RobotStudio, all this applied to a real project.
